Design Engineer

Job Requirements:
1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, mechanical design, mold design, etc.
2, 5 years and above relevant work experience in the industry, good reading and writing in English
3, familiar with material properties, uses and materials; familiar with injection molding, stamping, electroplating parts manufacturing process and mold
4, have connector design and development experience, skilled use of 3D drawing software
5, with modeling and simulation analysis experience, with plastic parts mold flow analysis, finite element mechanical mechanics analysis experience is preferred.

Job description:
1. Design and develop network class connector product structure and related harness components
2. Familiar with the design verification of parts and components, new product stereotypes and other related processes, product structure maintenance, ECN process control
3. Familiar with relevant international standards and technical specifications of network connector products
4. Communicate with relevant departments, customers or suppliers to solve product production or technical problems.
5. Complete other related work for the superior delivery

Equipment Engineer

Working location: AVIC Optoelectronics Precision Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. Number of people: 2

Job Requirements:
1. Technical secondary school or above, major in mechanical or electronic related fields (excellent fresh graduates may also consider)
2, more than 3 years of equipment maintenance work experience
3, skilled application of various office software and drawing software, skilled use of relevant measurement tools.

Job description:
1. Maintain the normal operation of the production site equipment and improve the utilization rate of the equipment.
2, familiar with resistance welding, pulse welding process, wave soldering process, can independently debug and repair related equipment
3, familiar with the relevant assembly automation equipment, production fixture maintenance, commissioning and maintenance
4. Preparation of SOPs for various types of equipment and development of related technical documents
5, familiar with equipment-related EHS requirements, understand lean production
6. Complete other related work for superior delivery

Project Engineer

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good oral English
2, skilled operation of windows and office office platform
3, hard work and earnest attitude, have strong communication skills
4. Relevant connector product project management and cost management experience are preferred.

Job description:
1. Optimize the project schedule and daily management, and hold regular project meetings to control the timely delivery of project delivery and management information.
2. Control the key nodes of the project, supervise the project team to complete the project progress according to the requirements of key nodes, supervise the project process, and organize the node review meeting;
3. Communication of the project, timely communication with the members of the project team on the problems, schedules and risks in the project development process, and timely feedback on the progress status of the project;
4. Solve problems during project operation, assist cross-functional teams to solve problems in project operation and monitor problems from start to shutdown.
5. Project planning, sample cycle planning, maintenance and supervision, and cost estimation of product components
